RadioShack is now offering $50 off any $99.99 or more Android Smartphone purchase starting today and ending on Saturday, July 28th in stores. The promotion will continue on the website until the end of August. Customers that will be upgrading or signing new two-year contracts are the only ones eligible for the $50 off offer unfortunately. Those of you still interested in purchasing a Blackberry Playbook for yourselves or someone dear will be pleased to know about a huge savings Radioshack will be offering on the RIM branded tablet. Radioshack stores will be offering a $180 instant savings on the Blackberry Playbook 16GB tablet bringing the retail price down (originally $479.99) to $299.99 between 10/7 - 10/15.

RadioShack has just announced that they will be offering the iPhone 3GS free with $50 instant savings. This deal comes right after Best Buy offered a similar deal for one day only.  RadioShack will also off the same $50 savings on the iPhone 4 to bring the 16GB version to $149.99 and 32GB to $249.99 with 2-year contract. This deal only lasts from August 27th to September 3rd 2011. Customers can also save up to $150 by trading in their old iPhone 3GS 16 or 32GB.

A few hours ago RadioShack made it known on Twitter that they would be the exclusive retailer to release the Sprint HTC EVO 3D in white. The dual-core and 3D enabled device will be available starting on September 9th and should hail at the same retail prices of the black variant.

Google Wallet will allow us to use our cell phones as payment methods during checkout at retailers. RadioShack will be one of the first retailers equipped to accept the NFC enabled Google Wallet phones for purchases. RadioShack will begin accepting these transactions with Google Wallet on September 1st according to a leaked internal email.
