Apple Gets Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Kicked Out of Australia With Court Order
Apple has now won its patent infringement lawsuit against Samsung in Australia, preventing the sales of Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets in and retail brick and mortar stores in the "land down under". There has to be tons of prospective buyers who live in Australia who are going to be pretty steamed about not getting the chance to purchase of even see one of these tablets in action in their local consumer electronics store.

Samsung Nexus and Android Event on October 19th

Apple Could be Bringing iCloud Movie Streaming
Apple has been reported as being close to making deals with Hollywood major movie studios in order to stream movies to computers and iOS devices through their new iCloud service. The LA Times and the Wall Street Journal both confirm that Apple has been meeting with studios to close licensing deals that will allow consumers to stream movies from iCloud that they purchase through iTunes.

Microsoft opens up their latest Xbox Live dashboard preview program. The new dashboard was previewed back at E3 2011 and looks to be a very "Metroesque" design.
