DualStix by TekGoblin Episode 13 – Hold The Chris
On this weeks show, Chris has gas problems and is unable to join us. So Conner and I solider on as we are known to do. In our Early Premonition segment, Conner enlightens us on the ever-growing world of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and why he can’t stop talking about it. I hit the mean streets in a cape and cowl in Batman: Arkham City (release date 10/18/11). In the main screen I complete my Rage review, as well as, my review of Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon. Conner steps in to the light and gives his review of Dark Souls and compares it to its predecessor Demon Souls. Then we dust off some old favorites, Conner (no surprise) reviews Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. I wrap up in a big way with my review of Shadow of the Colossus.

On today’s episode, we start off with our Early Premonition preview section with Chris rambling on about Borderlands 2, Conner talking about Dark Souls, and me discussing Rage (both Dark Souls and Rage release this Tuesday (10/4/11). In The Main Screen (our “Main” review section) Chris completes his review of Gears of War 3 detailing the multi-player portion of the game and gives his overall grade, Conner opens up about Fallout New Vegas DLC Honest Hearts, and I get all religious El Shaddai: Ascenion of the Metatron. Lastly we jump in our time machines for our Retro 3 (a review of classic games). Chris goes back to the SNES for Contra III: The Alien Wars, Conner gets dirty with the N64 in Conker’s Bad Fur Day, and I rule with Gem Fire for the Sega Genesis.
