Skype for Android now does 2-way video chat over 3G

Android users rejoice, the Skype App has been updated to allow 2-way video chat over 3G. Now you can enjoy all of the pleasures that iOS users have had for a little while longer.

This update also allows you to do video chat over Wifi as well which was expected. Your Android device also must be running Android 2.3 or higher and a front facing camera to enjoy the benefits of Skype, sorry currently 2.1 and 2.2 are not supported. Supported phones: HTC Desire S, Sony Ericsson Xperia neo, Sony Ericsson Xperia pro and the Google Nexus S. Here are some more of the features which were listed on the Skype blog.
