Samsung trying to ban iProducts from being imported to US

The battle between Apple and Samsung has just heated up again, Samsung has filed a complaint to the International Trade Commission to ban import of the iPhone, iPad, and iPod products to the US. This is only the latest in a stream of arguments between Apple and Samsung.

Apple had originally sued Samsung complaining that Samsung may have been copying the design of the iPhone for their Galaxy S device lineup. Samsung being one of Apple’s biggest suppliers of components for it’s devices may lose Apple completely after this fiasco is over, and this latest complaint won’t help that issue at all.

If the ITC chooses to investigate this new complaint by Samsung against Apple, a decision in the case will not be reached for another 16 months from that date. If the complaint is found in favor to Samsung, Apple may be in a bit of trouble considering all of their iDevices are made over seas.
