As we reported yesterday, Apple is suing Samsung over the Galaxy line of devices, the Tab 10.1, Tab 8.9, S Smartphone, etc. In response, Samsung today not only denied wrong doing, but announced that it is "considering a counterclaim", according to Korean-based Yon Hap News. However, Samsung's spokesman, Chung Jae-woong, declined to offer specifics.

Apple has filed a lawsuit against Samsung and their Galaxy devices. The lawsuit basically says that the look and feel for the Galaxy line of products is a blatant copy of Apple products. The lawsuit specifically mentions the popular Galaxy S smartphone line which includes every Galaxy device such as Nexus S, Galaxy S 4G, Epic 4G, Fascinate, and Galaxy Tab. The lawsuit was filed at the Northern District of California case number 11-1846 APPLE INC-V-SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO. I will try and find the court documents as soon as they are posted on the net.

There has been alot of news lately around the White iPhone 4 and this will likely cause another spike. The website Three.co.uk has an online order page available for the White version of the iPhone 4. The site also has a promised date of delivery set at April 20, 2011.

Verizon has just announced the availability of the 4G LTE MiFi Hotspot 4510L. The MiFi is available for purchase online for 269.99 without a 2-year contract and just $99 with the contract. The data plans begin at $50 for a 5 GB limit and go up from there. The MiFI is able to support up to 5 simultaneous devices being connected and features a status display that shows signal strength, battery level, roaming and number of connected devices. Our experience with the Samsung 4G LTE hotpot has been great so far, I would expect the same from the MiFi. Check out the full press release inside.

The White iPhone may actually come this spring as Apple promised. Pictures have surfaced on the web that may indicate that Verizon will be selling the White iPhone 4 in the near future. AT&T users have been waiting for the arrival of the White iPhone 4 since the launch of the black version. It would be very strange for Verizon to receive the White iPhone first.
