CES 2011: The Casio Tryx

This year at CES, Casio blew our socks off with a new camera called the Tryx. The Tryx features a 3-inch touch screen for easy picture and video capture. The Tryx is only .59-inches thick so about the same size as an iPhone 4 and can provide Full 1080p HD video recording. The camera on the Tryx is 12.1 megapixels which can provide still image resolution up to 4000×3000. Even with the high resolution still images the camera still features Casio HDR-ART photo processing to create stunning pictures.

The Tryx’s frame can pivot 360 degrees and the LCD screen can rotate 270 degrees for maximum flexibility when capturing video or photos. With this flexibility the camera can also create its own tripod with it’s own frame. The price point for this camera is $249.99 which is a very competitive price.

This camera is pretty awesome I must say check out our demo video below and the full specifications sheet.
