this is awesome! this IS the real gaming device. it has te best of both worlds. android to compete with ios, beefy guts, and a great gaming pad. dodge this steve jobs!

OK, so here we have just another Android phone with some buttons in a clunky slide out section rather than a more useful keyboard, probably about the same price as current phones in this class plus 20% because it’s a Sony. Aimed at the Playstation generation, not known for having lots of cash and this will be a device doomed to fail like the Microsoft Kins. Even If it doesn’t flop, I don’t think it will hit. It really offers nothing over much better mobiles in it’s class – oh, and the play station app – umm, no content, and this sure aint a PSP – far too fragile.

no dual anolog sticks = same old input. Gaming systems nowadays need dual analog controls. Even iphone and iPad have that which is very customizable because they are rendered on the screen. The iPad is even better because of all the screen real estate.

I sold my PSP Go a week after I bought it because of the lack of dual analog stick input. I still have my PSP 1000 but it rarely gets played because of the iPad.
