Netflix native app for PS3 available on Oct. 18

Get ready PlayStation 3 owners. The native app for Netflix will go live in the United States next Monday, October 18.

Sony has said the PS3 system will be the

“First consumer electronics device to support 5.1-channel surround sound for Netflix’s streaming library of movies and films.”

You will be able to view more 1080p videos with optional subtitles and alternative audio tracks. This app will be gret for PS3 and Netflix sales. This will boost consumer satisfaction with both Sony and  Netflix.
