Patent Evidence found that Apple is developing new OSX feature

PatentlyApple has discovered a new patent that shows a new feature being implemented in OSX. The patent appears to describe a more 3D experience in OSX from the usual 2D experience offered by most computers. The patent also implements the new touch screen technology that Apple plans to release on the new Macbook Touch computer line in the future.

It seems that this new feature will also allow you to create virtual input devices on screen like a virtual keyboard and touch pad. These features however not new will probably have a new spin put on them by Apple.

Samsung Fascinate Review

Wow! That is what I said when I checked out the all new Verizon Samsung Fascinate earlier this month when it was originally released and saw the great resolution display, really look brilliant on this thin and light slab of phone. Well it has almost been a month since I have received the device and I know it has is overdue, but here is our review on the device. The Fascinate comes to us as one of the most power-packed Android devices on Verizon Wireless. It features Android 2.1, a 4-inch Super AMOLED touch screen display, Samsung 1GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird Application Processor, 5-Megapixel Camera with LED Flash and HD video recording, Six-axis sensor…the list can go on with this device.

Nintendo 3DS to ship Feb 26th in Japan, US and Europe in March

You heard right, Nintendo plans to release the 3DS in Japan on the 26th of February. For us in the US and Europe we have to wait till March but it should be worth it. The 3DS will cost approximately $298 USD. The 2 launch colors will be aqua blue and cosmo black with more colors presumably coming soon thereafter.

The 3DS seems to have jumped onto the front facing camera bandwagon which allows you to take your own picture and convert the image into a Mii. The Mii is Nintendo’s own avatar system similar to the one available on the Xbox 360. There is also a small easter egg available, a special edition Super Mario DSi LL will be released in Japan on October 28th. Also be on the lookout for a Wii Remote Plus which is in development and set to be announced sometime in the future.
