Google invests $100 million into Zynga to launch Google Games

The people over at TechCrunch have reported that Google has invested over $100 million dollars into the popular Zynga with its Farmville franchise. Google plans to launch Google Games later this year.

As of right now Zynga has the most popular social games on the market and Google wants their hands in it. More proof that Google is moving into this market, they are hiring a Project Management Leader, for Games. Keep an eye on Google and lets see what they do with this purchase.
